Fourteen Houston-metro cities across Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery and Galveston counties, plus fourteen cities around Austin.
Projects start at $500, which is a minimum for multi-item work rather than a single-task service call.
Plumbing, electrical, roofing and foundation jobs are subcontracted only inside a larger remodel, never taken on their own.

Why This Metro Is Hard On Houses
Smectitic clay sits under most of the Houston area, swelling when saturated and contracting through drought, which lifts and drops slab edges differentially across a single year. That movement is the common cause behind cracked grout, diagonal wall cracks at door corners, opened caulk joints and fence posts that stop holding plumb. It is also why the same five trades keep getting called to the same houses. Reading that movement before quoting is the difference between a repair that holds and one that reopens on the same line next season.
The metro is not uniform, and treating it as one market produces work that fails locally. Katy sits inside the Addicks and Barker reservoir pools where water stands for days rather than draining. Kingwood takes a flood wave down the San Jacinto when Lake Conroe releases. League City sits around twenty feet of elevation with genuine storm-surge exposure. Sugar Land is subsiding ten to twenty-five millimetres a year, which compounds clay movement rather than simply adding to it. Each city page is written to its own ground.
Most of the friction in this trade comes from scope that was never written down. We walk the work, put the scope in writing, and price it against published metro ranges rather than inventing a number on the spot. Projects start at $500, which is a minimum for multi-item work. Purely plumbing, electrical, roofing or foundation jobs are declined outright; they are subcontracted only when they sit inside a larger remodel we are already running.
2026 Pricing Reference

How We Work
The walkthrough produces a written scope before any work is booked. You see what is included and what is not, rather than finding out mid-project.
Every service is priced against metro ranges we publish on the page. Where a job sits in that range is explained by the substrate.
Patch-only drywall, repair-only fencing and standalone plumbing or electrical work are declined. Taking them would mean doing them badly.
Each city page is built on that city's own soil, flood history and housing stock, because a Katy reservoir lot and a Sugar Land subsidence lot need different work.
Questions
All fourteen in the metro set: Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Humble, Kingwood, Conroe, Pearland, League City, Missouri City and Sugar Land.
Yes. All fourteen Austin-metro cities remain covered, with the same services and the same phone number. Houston is simply the primary market now.
A project minimum for multi-item work. It covers mobilisation, material pickup and setup on a scoped visit.
No. Drywall scope is full wall and ceiling replacement. A single hole or doorknob ding is better handled by a patch-focused crew.
Only inside a larger remodel, as subcontracted work. A job that is purely plumbing or purely electrical is not accepted.
Houston permitting is trigger-based rather than value-based. Finish work such as tile, flooring, paint and trim is exempt; replacing plumbing or electrical fixtures is not.
The estimator on this page gives a figure immediately from your room dimensions. A walkthrough firms it up against the actual substrate before anything is scheduled.
The ranges are metro-wide. What changes city to city is scope, because local soil, flood history and housing stock decide how much prep a job needs.
Call 512-290-5153 and we will walk the work, put the scope in writing and price it against published ranges. Houston and Austin, same number, same standard.
